Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 48 hours 
Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Fedex
UPS
USPS

Order Tracking
When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order.  This is done just before the order is delivered to the carrier.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will contact you for the best way to handle the order.  We can ship the pieces available and the back ordered item when available.  We typically will not charge for any additional shipping and handling.
